Hi,
thanks for coming along to Tianshi (which means Angel) we are striving to breed the original, healthy, tough as nails, horse coat Shar-Pei with the substance and style of the modern Shar-Pei, in the more unusual colours., specialising in blue shar-pei.

I have been in Shar-Pei since 1991 with my first litter in 1992, each litter has been no less exciting. Our blue girl Rhapsodie was born in 1998, the first blue Shar-Pei in Victoria. Over ten years since acquiring this wonderful breed we were the first to have a litter of all blue puppies to be born in Australia from her.

We pride ourselves on our specilisation, dedication and commitment to the health and longevity of the breed and are working continusously to improve our generations. We hip and elbow xray all of our stock and will be eye certifying everyone as soon as I am up to the trip. We breed for excellent eyes, perfect bites & cheeky, playful temperaments. All our babies are home reared with small children, cats, chickens and other dogs. Outgoing and sound, we pride ourselves on having the perfect family dog.

I was involved in a cancer scare late 2007 and then a serious work accident July 2008that has left me with injuries that have reduced my independence, ability to travel and manage my household as I used to. Due to this I will be breeding fewer litters to ensure everyone has the best of care....including my human family :-) So , my apologies for the long delay between site updates. I am actually working on a new layout as this site need to come into the Now. Thus far I have only had a chance to update the puppy page so people can see my current babies.

I have studied part way through my animal science degree specialising in genetics and hope to resume that when possible.
